Financial Administration Division

The Administration Division of the Administrative Office of the Courts serves the courts through several departments and sections.

The Information Technology Department assists the courts of Georgia with it's technology needs, including software development and support, case management products, network infrastructure, and data services.

The AOC’s fiscal department provides budgeting, finance, accounting and payroll services to the 10 District Court Administrators and other judicial branch agencies.

The department prepares state judicial budgets, monitors compliance, and distributes the funds appropriated by the legislature to the courts. It maintains fiscal records for eight judicial agencies, and processes vendor invoices and travel claims.
