Superior Court of Warren County
 

The county was created December 19, 1793 and was named after Major General Joseph Warren of the Revolutionary War. Located at 100 Main Street, Warrenton, the Superior Court of Warren County presides over jury trials, rules on evidence, hears motions, and renders verdicts in bench trials. Each Superior Court Judge is a constitutional officer elected to four-year terms of office.


Terms of Court of Warren County commence on the 3rd Monday in January, 1st Monday in April, July and October.
