The Magistrate Court is responsible
for hearing all criminal misdemeanor and felony warrants. The court
is also a small claims court where cases involving less than $15,000.00
can be handled. And, in civil cases, you may represent yourself.
In other words, you do not need an attorney.
We strive to provide an impartial
forum where all sides can be heard. With that in mind, I will greatly
